COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you through WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order before dispatch.

Customers are expected to provide a valid phone number and remain available for delivery communication.

Payments

GenZ Mart accepts:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available online payment methods offered at checkout

All applicable prices and charges will be displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

• Karachi: approximately 1–2 days

• Other cities: approximately 4–5 days

• Shipping: Free

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Exchanges

GenZ Mart does not offer cash refunds. Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
